96 Tacoma Value Cab/chassis value

I have a friend with a 96 or 97 Xcab LX Tacoma he is wanting to get rid of and I thought I'd ask for the value.

Specs, Cab, bed and a spare bed. all in good shape and I think it had in the area of 140K miles.

NO drivetrain what so ever. IFS has been cut off as well.

More or less a cab/frame and all the wiring and gas tank. Full power interior as well. 1 owner as well :D Not interested in parting out to my knowledge.
