I have an 84 yota truck 5"suspention 2" shackel lift marlin 4:70:1 t-case 35's detroit rear tru-trak front with 5.29 gears.
The tires on my rig rub my firewall bad even after mild cuting and sierious beating so it is time to tub it. My ? is if any one knows a good place I can get this done. I dont have the tools, welder or the know how to do it on my own, any advice would be greatly apreciated I am in centra AZ and can take it to PHX, prescott, chino, verde:saw:

If you are running 35's you don't come close to having the lift you think you have, I am running 35's and 5" suspension lift ( Marlin Crawler springs) and it don't even come close to rubbing.

Mine dosent come close ether if im driving on the street but when I get it flexed out the tire will stuff in the fender well and then rubs the firewall. your suspention moves the axel forward and was designed to cure this prob. I am runnining 7" of total lift. I am going to call up toybox and 4wheelers thanks for the help [B]tufftoy[B] apreciate the support anybody know of any more shops that do or have done this kind of fab work before?

Rather than tub it why don't you just move the axle forward an inch. Redrill you spring pads and u-bolt plate and move it. I had this problem when I was running 37's and moved my axle forward 2", no rubbing even turned under full compression. If this is not an option, we can tub it for you, 480-966-0054.

I'm running 37" tires with All-pro 5" springs and 6" shackels. i cut alot out and beat the rest in to submission with a BFH. I also use bump stops.
moving your axle forword is also a great help. do you run wheel spacers on the front axle?
Toy-Box will give you some good ideas.
