Drive Shaft?

is there a difference between 2wd and 4wd rear drive shaft? and would a 91 work in a 85?

I believe the two wheel shaft would be longer, because there's no t-case and just an direct out put shaft

will if i plan to cut and weld in a creeper joint drive shaft from trail gear, and trun the the flang part to the transfercase will the bolt hole match up?
