Ahh this trucks a MESS of wiring, a MESS i say!

We'll get it done kyle, shouldn't be too hard now that we've isolated most of the problems with the wiring.

just redo that part of the wiring. stereo isnt that hard. I can give a hand if you need it. just let me know when and where. Ive redone my whole system, my sisters in her nissan, a friends CRV, another friends impreza, another friends paseo, and my moms trooper is next on the list. I dont care how messy the wiring is. it cant be as bad as that damn nissan!

rofl...

the wiring under the dash in my car is so bad, that even a professional wont touch it.

And the wiring in this truck isnt a mess, just alot of cut up, hacked shit that needs to be straightened out and re-done the right way.

You might want to check it out first before you start offering to help :D I'm gonna work on it today (if people would stop calling 911) and Nate and I are gonna try again later this week. I'll keep you posted.

these should help!

If you have a hacked together mess...just by a new harness ... and rewire from scratch....new lines and all!

I can lend a hand with that if need be!

Thanks for the help guys. There was no harness coming from the truck so I had to figure out what each wire was, then wire it straight to the head unit. Then it turned out the switched 12v power wire wasn't getting any power so I 3-way spliced it into the hazard lights (the grn/wht wire is also 12v switched power). Problem solved.
