I need a set of motor mounts for Tacoma. My stock ones are completely destroyed and I need to get a new set ASAP. Who makes motor mounts for the 3.4 V6 that bolt to the stock perches? Thanks
Brian

Try this place they specialize in Toyota vehicles they would have the motor mounts you need, or you can try the local Toyota dealer. Hope this helps, good luck.

I'm talking to a guy in Bakersfield at Nellos Fab about a set. I don't think I'll be doing it this weekend like I hoped, but I think next weekend I should be up and running. I'll be posting pics once I get started.

I ran out of time before my Mojave Trail trip to get (or fab) a new set of stronger motor mounts so I went with another set of stock ones. As for the engine perches I completely destroyed my drivers side so it had to be cut off, my passenger side looked okay. I got a set of stock perches and had a friend fully weld them, then weld on a gusset to box the engine perch, and lastly weld it on the truck. It came out really good and I'm happy, plus they are stronger. I still need to cut of the passenger side and weld up the new one, but for now it's fine. I will most likely do that in the summer and get (or fab) better motor mounts. It lasted through the Mojave trail and I pounded the truck pretty good out there.
Mark when are we going to go off roading? I think in a week or two we might go to Ocotillo. Leave on a Friday night and come back Saturday night. We are also going to Pismo in mid August.

Here are I few people I delt with
DesertTRD - doesn't make them anymore.
DMZ - Wants to make them, but needs a truck for mock-up and will take some time.
Vendetta - Never answerd e-mails, myspace messages, PM's, or even phone calls. I know they are new, but I thought they would be better than that
Nellos Fab - he makes them, has a jig and only takes a few days (if they are not busy). seemed cool, a little exspensive.
