was wondering if i can use a ford 5x5.5 rotor and hub and put it on a chevy knuckle? i have chevy knuckles that are already tapped for hi steer but need to switch to a ford 5x5.5 bolt pattern..

Depends on what year your ford stuff is. you have to mate at teh wheel bearing. the spindle definately will not work. Check the parts store with you year applications and see if the bearings are the same. most years are interchangeable.

I went from Chevy to Ford on mine. The spindles are different but parts can be interchanged to make it work. There are 2 different bearing sizes. I had all my info on my old computer that blew up, but I had found all the information on the web. Not difficult to switch over really.

i checked the bearings and they are the same.. it should work right?

There are a couple different size bearings. Make sure the ones you got are the correct ones and you should be good to go.

ya the part numbers are the same for the inner and outter... but the wheel seal is diffrent... but should be good if i stay with the spindle that i have now and use the ford rotor and hub...?

Should be good. Test fit it up and see. You'll know if something isn't right.
