Well I figured I would start a build up thread and show a bit of what has been slowly happening to my 99 Prerunner. The specs are going to be as follows:
Engage Offroad Lt kit (currently with 600lb springs but changing out to 500s while truck is down)
F67 Deavers with the whole kartek kit
12'' shackles (total chaos included with deavs)\
King 16'' double bypass?
New front bumper (probably going to do something like the Richer vs 4runner one  )
Hella 4000's (have two euros need a pencil)
Soon a 22 gal Jaz cell.
Here are some pics of the truck now I will be skinning my bedsides and dropping the shell off at the dump this weekend since I plan on a full bed cage. :saw: :welder:
Sorry about the novel.

I forgot to add I plan to do dual spares I would like to have them be horizontal (so I can run the cell under them) but I run 33 10.5's and will have to do some checking on that. I figure I will be putting a t-100 rear end under it and can trim and angle out the bedsides to make it fit but we will see if it is to big a pita.
Here are some more pics and kids don't set up your steering like shown it has been know to cause bumpsteer lol.
How do I attach more pics it says I reached my limit then I deleted the first two and well hell Ill see what I can do.

double bypass compresion and rebound. and if your going deaver get 62's and new perches, and a 12" shackle. you will be at 18" of travel if set up right.

Did you buy the steering already on the spindles? Or did you weld them on? The problem with the steering setup is that the heim is on the top side of the steering arm. If you put it on the bottom and redo the double shear tab, it should fix the bumpsteer.

The way I attach pics is I signed onto a site where you can post pics, myspace, imeem.com, or another. Upload the pictures you want onto the site. When there on the site, right click on the picture and choose view image. The image should come up by itself on a webpage. Then copy the url and post it in ttora as
the url where the pic is
Its a little complicated, but you can load however many picture you want.

Thanks for the pic info and no the steering was never ran that way it is just sitting on top of the ball joint rather than the bottom it is all switched the truck would not ride like that every thing was all bound up as you can imagine. I will get some pics of any progress which may be slow seeing how the high is only supposed to be like 35 degrees:rolleyes: .

Little update I got the bed off and began to pull off my bed sides I was going to take the bed to a dump but if anyone in AZ wants it I will hold on to it for them It is in perfect shape. Or I will trade it with bedsides for un mounted bedsides let me know I will hold off on pulling the bedsides until needed.
On a side note I suggest to anyone who wants to install bedsides do not use small allen bolts drilling them out is a pain in the ass when you want to remove them.

Well this weekend I was able to spend a few hours with the grinder cleaning up my frame rails. Got my deavers pulled apart to cycle the suspension and here is a pic from early last week I picked a bad time to remove my bed.

how do you like the Engage Kit? any issues you've face since you had it?

I love my engage kit the only complaint is I went with a 600 lb spring which leaves it sitting really high. I have taken it out and done some off roading but nothing real crazy because of my stock rearend. I have hit some good floaters and have been real impressed. I don't know if I ever took a full travel measurement but I have heard it doesn't pull the full 15 in (16 unstraped and bumped) travel but I will cycle it soon and tell you what I come up with.
As far as isues my biggest one is I live in a small town and no tire shop around wants to touch the thing as far as an alighnment goes. Jerry was a huge help when I was installing my kit he answered text messages at 10 pm to give me help the costomer service is outstanding I would doubt any one at Camburg or TC would talk to a client at 10 (nothing against either they are both great companies with great products).
