Actually the BJ70 type vehicles were never imported to the U.S. There is no FJ70 series.

Modern Land Cruiser Wagons:

91-92 FJ80 4.0I6 and 4spd auto part time transfer
93-97 FJZ80 4.5I6 and 4spd auto full time transfer
98-02 UZJ100 4.7v8 and 4spd auto full time transfer
03-06 UZJ100 4.7v8 and 5spd auto full time transfer
