I pulled into my garage the other day and all this brownish orange liquid starts to dribble out from underneath my cruiser. I turned off the engine and took a look. It was coming from the middle center of the cruiser. I dont know what it is. I looked at my oil and it was fine. My guess is that it is a gasket or a heater hose that got punctured but I dont know. It has been sitting in my garage since. Any help on what this problem could be I would appreciate it.
what year of 40 do you have what motor dose it have 2F F SBC? do you have all the stock hose clamps they tend to break, if it is coolant. orange means that you might have the wrong coolant or some sort of stop leak as well. good luck
You really need to look at it more. Determine if it is coolant or oil. You could very possibly lay under it and eliminate many causes.
