Used ARB Bumper fit info

The ARB bumper off a pre 2000 Tacoma will not fit the 2001 and later Tacoma.

I contacted ARB and was told the 2001 grille is 2" longer. I notice if you look at ARB site they list the same bumper, so they might have made changes to current design. So in the future the bumpers might be interchangeable.

The bumper looks like it can be make to fit, but is not a easy 'bolt-on'.

Also the end of the frame rails differ, so the bumper mount plates differ too.

Not sure if this comes under 'Cheap Trick', but it is free info. Oh-well, the powers to be can decide. Also this info may already be known, in which case I will delete it.

The bullbars now come ith extra mounting hardware for the 01-newer Tacomas. I have a whole bag of parts left over including new end cap spacers, new endcap crossmember, extra bolts/nuts/washers, etc. So it is the same exact bumper but with extra parts to mount it with since they differ a little.
