Some things have come up with my house that will need some money sooner rather than later. So I have decided to sell my 1998 100 series Landcruiser. I've only had it for a few months and the previous owner about the same prior to purchasing it from the original owners. This rig is in very good to excellent condition, with only minor blemishes interior and exterior. The leather is in good shape and all of the interior plastic still looks nice. This truck still runs and drives like a new car and it is obvious that is was built in Japan. It comes fully loaded with leather heated seats, automatic climate control, power drivers/passengers seats, sunroof, electric vent windows in cargo, cruise, power locks/windows,factory tow hitch, etc.... It also has the rear electronic locking differential which is in good working order. It currently has 191k miles.

I'd prefer to sell for cash but would entertain trades of a stock Toyota Tacoma 4x4 plus cash or a built Tacoma. Possibly a built 4Runner as well and I'd also be interested in a small fishing boat plus cash.

So what happens when you read the weather report (yesterday) that there would only be a 20% chance of rain... doors off to prep for the long weekend.
So as I was entering work... one co-worker said "you nuts it's to rain hard today", I replied "WHAT?!"
Pulled the weather again and I see a long ass band of red/green heading to SA.
Now that was NOT on that morning... so my drive home to work was not too fun.

Seats, carpet pretty much soaked as well as I was too.
Got home, changed into something dryer and started stripping the interior.
4 hours later of shop vac'ing as much water as possible, out came the carpet, trim, front/rear seats, center console and subwoofer all out.
Dried the interior as much as possible, stuffed my fan inside.
Remounted the doors and parked her outside with the fan going.

So I have parts piled around the garage and the carpet handing on two rockers to allow the remaining water to drain.

Interior shot.

Pile of stuff with my shop vac

Carpet drying out.

With all that done... If I cannot get the carpet fully dried and odor free... I may get a new carpet or vinyl or Rhino line the interior.
I like the thought of vinyl or spray.
Easier to dry out...when this happens again.

Well I bought this truck about 2 years ago. I thought I'd post it incase anybody was wondering where the truck got off to. It was peeties old truck. This is the thread if you dont remember: http://ww.wwww.ttora.com/forum/showthread.php?t=103600 It's now in NC. I bought it as a project more or less and it definately needed some work before it was ready to hit the trail or even be driven. It is my daily driver and my only car as I am 19 and can only afford one. I have done all kinds of things to the truck but I really don't take many pictures. Its been through alot of stages but I'll try to catch it up to where it is now. I always forget to take pics when I'm working on it or wheelin. Okay here is the truck about a year and a half ago. At this point I had already put on a front driveshaft and put 4.10s in the front axle. Also at this point I had cut off the tire carrier because I have dirt bikes I gotta haul around and the tire carrier took up all my bed space. Also put on some 35x12.5x15 mickey thompson baja claw ttcs. The tires are on the small side, but its a daily driver and the d44 was stock at this point so I was worried about breakage. Oh yeah and I also welded on some cab armor. The first pic shows how the front axle looked when I first got it. The first thing I did was fix that
