    Sorry for the delayed response, haven't been online much. Yes, they were shorter. I replaced the front ones with a set of the ones for the rear.

    Were your studs on the front axle shorter than on the rear? I installed 1.5" spacers and they fit the rear, the front studs are only grabbing about 5 threads on the spacer lug??? mines an 01 4x4 3.4
