Exclamation wife's registration - can this be right?

My wife's registration renewal came in today. She drives a 2006 Toyota Tundra.

The registration is:
$56----------Registration Fee
$195---------Licensing Fee
$154---------Weight Fee (they made her get her truck weighed 2 years ago)
$28----------Smog Abatement Fee

$433---------Total Due

Can this be right? My registration is only like $90 total.

I didnt get the breakdown on my 4 runner but it is a 98 and cost $267 last month. I am pretty sure they value it a lot less then her Tundra so it is probably correct. Just sucks bad. They have to make their money somewhere since they cant manage the budget otherwise.
