Showstop is going to be posting the runs and sign ups either today or next day or two. So people will have a better idea of what runs they are on.

Great! my buddy mike will be bringing his subprime rig as well. must be nice to to own two crawlers. anyways he just ran johnbull last weekend and only got stuck once with open fronts. anyways i want to just run golden mtn rd and john bull. i know one leads to the other and the rock garden is somewhere in between lol. anyways im sure the trail will be packed so it should be a nice slow chill day. gonna let the wifey play n drive for the day.

I found where i have met with other wheelers before.

Hey Guys, I didn't get a chance to register for the Takeover since the 60 rig limit was reached and registration was closed. I only want to attend Saturday, just for the day. If there is one less rig on the trail(assuming Toycrawler cant make it on sat.), is there a way I can be added to the saturday lineup? It'll be my first takeover and don't mean to take advantage to Toycrawlers misfortune.

No harm in asking... right?

Public trails are public. No way we could keep you off of them.
If you didn't make the 60 truck limit.. figure out what trails you want to run, when the lineup is and where we'll start.. show up and you'll get to wheel.

The impression I get... is TTORA can only really pay for and manage 60 +1 each person for dinner and raffle and shit.. the wheeling portion is mainly on the backburner.. If I'm not making sense LMK.

Will you be joining us for the dinner and raffle? If so, you need to send me a PM. If not, just show up and you can wheel but you won't be fully registered.

Dinner is not sponsored, so that isn't affected. The limit has to do with permit requirements by the forest service, which then relates to costs for the event.

Hey Guys, thanks for all the advice and comments. I'm planning on being up there saturday morning just for the day. I wont attend the dinner & raffle, but thanks for extending the offer. I just wanna hit some of the trails I normally wouldn't take solo. Probally white mountain &/or Dishpan Springs to start. Would like to keep the body damage to my tacoma to a minimum.
See you guys in Big Bear!
