I just went to Pep Boys and bought one of these bad boys (MF-1050) - for $59.99.
If any of you guys are still desperate to get your hands on one, and can't find one at your local Pep Boys/Checkers/Autozone - the Pep Boys where I got mine still has 3 left.

I would greatly appreciate it if somebody would pick up one of these compressors for me. I have found them on Ebay for $70+ but then they want over $20 to ship them. If somebody can get one for $25 of even $50 it would really be nice. I can pay through paypal. Let me know. It will be shipped to TN 37043.
Thanks -Trent

If you want an MV50 go to 4wheelparts websight (see link below). They have them listed for $69.99 but they guarantee to have the lowest price and they claim to beat all competors lowest prices, so just tell them that Checkers sells them for $24.99. They probably buy them form Checkers for $24 and turnaround and sell them for $69 on their sight, what's funny is they put the list price as $99.

They won't match it, I tried lol. Their excuse- "they must buy a shit load of them and that's why they can sell them at such a ridiculous price"

Pep Boys sells them for $59.99 every other week in their weekly specials...
No reason to pay more, just wait a week then they are always on "special".

After reading the posts, and viewing the test result on the link:
http://www.gearinstalls.com/pepboys.htm I decided to look into getting the compressor. After all, $25 ain't bad! As described in all the links, they are out of stock in the partsamerica.com network. SO, I printed the page with the description: http://www.partsamerica.com/ProductD...artnumber=MV50 and took it to PepBoys. Now, here's the tricky part, they will price match IDENTICAL products only, and the product IS identical, except for the badging. PepBoys' compressor is a "Master Flow" "FM-1050", but other than the name, they are the same. I took the ad on a Saturday night when the second or thrid string managers would be there and I wouldn't get hassled - and I didn't. Their price was $60, price matched it to $25. Done deal!

If you can get that deal jump on it! They are NOT the same unit. The 1050 is the replacement / updated version of the MV50. I found this out a while back while researching for the air compressor article. Easy way to see them both... check Ebay! MV50: http://cgi.ebay.com/SUPERFLOW-Air-Co...QQcmdZViewItem MF1050: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/TSUNA...spagenameZWDVW I will be heading over to see if they will price match for me! Like I said, if you can get it jump on it, they are good units for the price!

Haven't looked since I got one when they were $25, but I finally found a way to use it.

The cheapest I was aware of was 4wheelparts Here
The MV50 is $70 and the twin cylinder is $170, almost every month they have either a 10% off or a free shipping deal so that can be the to your door price. Unless of course your like me and in AK or HI, then shipping is more than the damn compressor... On a side note if anybody here bought one and is not using it, I would be willing to buy it from you for say $50 + normal shipping. I have one right now but would really like to have two for my OBA system.

Pep Boys has had the Master Flow Tsunami MF-1050 for 49.99 after a $10 mail in rebate here in Charleston for the last week. It was in last Sunday's and today's paper (down at the bottom of the page).

I bought one of those Master Flow MF-1050 at Pep Boys a few days ago to take advantage of the rebate. It works great.

So I just used mine for the first time this weekend. Aired up my four tires and a friend's four tire with no problem whatsoever in about 15 minutes.
