Default National Save The Hammers Day

The final vote for the marine corps base expansion into Johnson Valley is coming soon. We all need to follow the directions and talk to our local legislators.
Most important will be the guys from the east coast (yes, you guys who've never been to the hammers) talking with your legislators because they have no idea what it is like here at the hammers and probably couldn't care less what happens to JV. But, your actions can help!

Here's a link to a CA4wDC messaging page with great talking points. I believe it's only going to CA legislators (I assume Fed and State?), so if you're elsewhere like me, even if you can't do the Hammers (I can't right now as far as I know), but want the option later, I think you'll have to take these points and get a message to your own state's reps. If anyone else knows different, please correct me.[capwiz:queue_id]

Hopefully quite a few of you have sent letters to your representatives. The last 2 days have been national OHV Lobby Days. There is still time, I have sent letters and set up meetings with my reps.
