2002 4Runner for sale in Ohio

My dad wants to sell his 4Runner 4WD and buy a Tacoma. Can someone give me an idea on what he should be asking, is $4500 too high? It has 162,000 miles. It has had regular maintenance performed at a Toyota dealership. It has rusty chrome bumpers (gives you a good reason to go ARB) and the rear diff has a leak. My dad put some JB weld on it but it is starting to leak again. The tan leather interior is in decent shape except for the drivers seat. There is a tear on the outside of the bottom bolster. No other issues with it, would make a great daily driver or build an offroad vehicle!

You would get $4500 for it in Utah without to much trouble, probably more.
