Whose custom painted green rig in El Dorado Sat 4/28?

Was passing through El Dorado on the way back from Tahoe last Sat and saw an awesome looking custom green, massive lifted, semi-exo'd, must have been SAS, Tacoma drive by. Only got a glimpse but it looks amazing from what I saw. Whose rig is that and how can I see/read more about it?

No, although that's pretty bad ass. This one was an Access cab and a classy shiny darker grass to british racing green.
