Made a headache rack this weekend. I bought some cheap LED 6" light bars off eBay to put on the back. All I have left is to make a small bracket for the lightsand paint. Went cheap on the lights so if theywork fine, if they don't it was only $14. I used my dad's truck for a model. I have a friend selling me his Tacoma that I will be putting it on. Looks like I will be building one for my dad and then for my brother's 92 Toyota pickup.

Agreed, other than that, looks clean and functional! Very nice!

The kickouts don't need to be much. Mine only come out maybe 2" from the headache rack and its plenty. Do you plan on adding any expanded metal?
