What size? We can get the 5125's in a stock travel 8 and 8.5 or the 9.25 for 2-3" lift...

With the 3's we send out the 9.25's. You can run a 10, but you'd have to limit up travel by extending the bumpstops down. Hasn't been a problem for me though, and I've been running the 10's with the 3's for 3 years now.
