I know late reply. But this old picture of my truck at Kaloli in Keaau, HI. has 5.29 gears, with Detroit Lockers in rear, Tru-Trac up front. I painted truck epoxy primer. Will update photo later.

Yep it's the 3.0L turbo diesel. Great motor strong truck. Fuel economy is awesome although not as much power as the v6 it's ok you can hardly get into 5th gear on some of our main roads they are so bad lol.

That was my truck. i still have it but some lady T-Boned me in the comissary parking lot and flipped me over.

Was at my friends shop to put on a Toytec 3" lift. My sisters 4runner went on the next day. Best part is that they were able to keep full function of her X-REAS suspension. I just realized that pic is fucking HUGE!!!!!

Oh, I also de-badged the truck. De-stickered it (big island Toyota and TRD strikers are gone) cut/glassed/bondo'd/painted my grill and made a mesh insert. Swapped the hood w/ scoop for my friends regular one, and plan on painting my wheels a gunmetal-ish color and plastidiping the Tacoma badging on the doors and the one on the grill

Just the spacers. If I wanted coils I wouldve ponied up the $$$ for an ICON mid-travel setup. The thing is though, I leave HI in a few weeks and my truck will be with my parents so they can go throw rubbish. LOL.
