This may be late, but here's a pic of what I'm going to run for hydro:

Instead of having the rod end welded to the toe bar I'm going to do that ring/tubing clamp dealie so it can be aligned if needed.

Somehow I thought this was relevant...

I ordered a clamp and new mount. My high steer will have that on it as a backup.

Sorry i didnt respond to your text man. I was busy landscaping all weekend.

Looks like it will work. Does it seem to bind at all through the full cycle of the steering?

Is that plate on the ram side gusseted at all? or is it just coming off the axle tube?

I cant really see from the pict. is that plate going under the tie rod?

Yes the plate goes under the tierod. At the moment it is just the plate that's welded to the axle. I do have cardboard cutouts for bracing so it has extra support. No it doesn't seem to bind when it's turned. I will get the lines made tomorrow. We will c.

So got the steering box back on and ready for lines.

My winch is about to pull the welds free on the frame so It has come off to brace those better.

Tomorrow I hope to have some problems resolved.

I was going to drill the bracket holes and use my Runner as a guide but I think yours has a body lift? There's something different between the IFS and SA trucks... it didn't look right so no holes drilled.

Soon enough... and I have hose pliers to help with removing the radiator; you don't have to drain the whole cooling system. Basically they clamp the radiator hoses shut so all you'd have to drain is the radiator itself.

Something just didn't look the same; like the gap between the front frame piece (with the holes) and the lower radiator support was different or something.
