Default Oil on plug #4?

Why would i have oil on spark plug number 4?

Could the pressure build up due to a bad PCV cause it to spill out on the the plugs?

If the top of the plug has oil on it, that inner ring of your valve cover gasket is leaking

The valve cover needs to come off, there are 4 inner rings and 1 big gasket along the outside. You don't want any sealant on there, just the rubber.. that's probably why it's leaking

ummm... start with seeing if the last dipshit that supposedly resealed the valve cover... may have omitted/forgot that SPT O-ring

if that or the PVC isn't of issue...
you got valve issues... and the job just got more complicated

It was Toyota that did the valve cover a few months back but I guess I'll take it back to them and have them take a free look to see if it was their mess up

Advanced auto parts. But I guess I'm fine with the old one being that it still looked good

I wouldn't be surprised if they just changed the cover gasket but not the spark plug tube seals. If it's not on your work order/invoice under materials, then they didn't do it.

The FSM clearly states that the spark plug tube seals are not reusable. If they didn't change them when they had the valve cover off it's on them

Stupid question... But is it possible that means not reusable if removed?

Well the seals were removed from the valve cover mating surface. If you throw a new outer gasket on and don't change the inner rings, the new gasket will be slightly thicker and more resilient than the old rings, so you would not have as much pressure against them.
