14 BOLT REAR AXEL,
leaf spring perches on it for toy width frame.
5:38 yukon gears
welded side gears
shaved smooth
disc brakes, brake lines, calipers
brake line with toy fitting on one end.
pinoin gaurd (TMR?)
BALLISTIC truss
BALLISTIC cover
HIGHANGLE drive flange tripped drilled for toy driveline pattern, machined to fit in pinoin gaurd
will throw in 63" chevy spring w/MERMAN mod
have 3 sets of differnt length 3/8" shackles, 4-6-7" i think
i think thats it,
its been sitting for 2 years, lightly wheeled on, when it was wheeled
its all together and ready to go

Hmmm, interesting. Pics?

With the 14 bolt gone, what axle are you going to put under the runner? To be honest, I wasn't in the market, but you've got me thinking about parts for the next build/upgrade.

I don't have any pics, its still in runner, sitting on rollers in garage.

nothing fancy, unless a powdercoated diff cover is fancy:lmao:

let me know, you've got time, I wont be home for a couple weeks.
may also be able to throw in front and rear spring hangers if I can get them off clean with a plasma

Unless something different than I know . . . the Merman mod is a simple yet very effective clamp design. It clamps the main leaf and the end of 2nd leaf together. It greatly strengthens the main and keeps it from bending like a tin foil gum wrapper in most wheeling situations. It does so with minimal flex loss and ride stiffening. An excellent addition to any 63" leaf pack.
