So I take a look at my rear springs today for like the first time in awhile and they have so much negative arch its crazy... So I talked to my buddy about it well his dads does suspension fab so he is going to reArch them both for a pretty good deal.. Well my ? is has anyone done this and maxed out the height from it im tryin to get 2 1/2 " outta of it 3" would be nice but any info would help!!

I did it and put 2 inches over stock to compensate for my lift up front. It was cheap as an AAL and I didnt have any problems with it over 45Kmi. That truck got totalled though so I dont know how it would have been after that

I had mine re-arched in my 96 tacoma - but I also had the shop make 2 extra leafs with the same arch to prevent sagging. I had a total of 5 leafs.
It sat about 3.5" lift after they first installed them - and I had to add shims to the rear. After about 6 months - they settled to 2.5" of lift (which is about what I wanted). The ride was stiff but HEAVY DUTY. I could haul 2 scoops of mulch with no sagging at all. It was awesome! |
