I think we identified a few improvements that we can make for next time, but as far as I could tell it was a good time had by all! I was glad to meet a bunch of new faces, and be able to correlate those faces to screen-names. I couldn't believe that we had 22 rigs sign up, and 20 SHOW UP! That is trully a 1st for me. Usually you see 25 guys sign up, and 4 show up. I was happy to eat my words on that one! Hopefully this is a sign of things to come, and a revival of SoCal TTORA. Here are a few of my favorite pics:

I guess FJ's dont fit too well...the taco must have taken a bad line as I have seen Sarah's All-Pro taco fit through with barely a scratch.

Once we found our bearings, we were able to locate common points of interest - many I had never seen before - I think all three trucks were 2WD/open diff. Angus had this wide grin on his face all day long! - This was his first time off-road in his 4Runner. Finished the day in Fish Creek and Sandstone canyon - as we exited Sandstone we crossed paths with the FJ 'Rescue Party' and the remainder on Garry's large group. It was great to see new faces... and I hope that trend continues. Took lots of pics... Will get the better ones up in my photobucket account later - mostly scenery/landscapes types of photo's - It is a ruggedly beautiful area... |

looks like you guys had better climate than us. I couldnt show up because part of the group wanted to leave on Saturday night but hopefully next time. Here is some pics from our trip

Man i need to make the Anza trip next year...
Hey 3Joom....ive always enjoyed your pictures. How come you never show up to any of the ttora events???? You end up in the same area but never join the camp? Im guessing from the post that Angry Andy posted up, you assume that all of ttora is like Andy..........not true. Cruise by the desert section sometime and hit up any of the runs we've got going in socal.....
