Squealing and grinding in cold weather

In cold weather, my truck is making some very loud and interesting noises that I am having trouble diagnosing. With a cold start up when it is say 80 degrees outside, I have no issues. However, once it drops to about 50 or below, it seems like a belt or pulley or something is squealing/screaming.

Also, as a separate issue, when it is very cold outside and I turn the wheel I get a very loud grinding noise for a few minutes until whatever is causing the noise warms up.

Maybe I just need to grease some belts, but this seems like an awful lot of noise for something as simple as that. My truck never made nearly this much noise until this winter.

I know its tough to hear with just a video, but any ideas are greatly appreciated.

I need to add that I am a college student with minimal access to a garage on your average week, so that is why these videos were taken in a parking lot.
