15x8 Eagle Alloy's fit 2003 Tacoma?

I tried to order a set of 15x8 Eagle Alloy 187's and they told me that they wouldn't fit on my 2003 because of the brake calipers... I've heard this once before but also heard it would fit anyways. I wanted to make sure with people who actually know what they're talking about first so if you would happen to know for a fact if the 15x8 Eagle Alloy 187's would fit on my 2003 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner(6 on 5.5 lug pattern), please let me know. Thanks

I have those wheels in 16x8, wheel store told me they had tried to fit 15s on someone elses and they wouldnt fit. i dont think they would have turned down a sale for rims and tires for selling the 16s for a few bucks more

I just bought a set of Eagle Alloy Series 146 wheels in 16x8 for my 2002 Tacoma and they fit great. I have heard people say the 16x8 and the 15x8 didn't fit but in my experience they do.

Does anyone know if the Helo Maxx 6 16x8's will fit on the Tacoma? I haven't seen anyone with those wheels.

Ive got the 189s in a 15x8, and its close but they do not rub the calipers at all.

mikevr007 compiled a list of what rims fit and which do not. He also posts what calipers go where. So thats why some fit on some trucks, and some do not.

The brake caliper list lets you know if your truck has the same calipers as a different truck. Then from this list, you can broaden your search to different years. It helps out A LOT!

Do a search for it. Really handy page when looking for rims.

Yeah, I noticed that list... after I posted... Sorry! But he did do a great job with that. A LOT of stuff in it.. I kind of got confused but he did a great job on that. Does anyone know if the Helo Maxx 6 15x8 or 16x8's fit? I haven't ever seen anyone with those on their Tacoma. But they come in the 6x5.5 pattern.
