So, I played tour guide for my friend and her parents in Anza Borrego. They've never been and wanted to sight-see on Friday and possibly get into some good stuff on Saturday. So, I covered Font's Point and Coyote Canyon with them on Friday and then went to Pinyon Mtn. on Saturday. They liked the water crossing to get to Upper Coyote so much that we did a night run through it on Saturday night. It was deeper than when I ran it last time in March of '09. Going through it on the way out, my lights actually went under water!
It was a relaxing weekend all together. I might have to pass on the club run later this month but I hope not. Here are a some pics and vids:![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The weather was great at night!! I was so pissed, though. The RV park where my friend's family stayed didn't allow any tents. I was hoping to set up right behind their RV. Oh well. Next time! Glad you enjoyed yourself. Hope to see the both of you out on the trail again sometime soon. You're good people.
