ICBM September 22-25

ICBM (I Cruised Barnwell Mountain) is an annual fall event hosted by Lone Star Land Cruisers at BMRA (Gilmer). There are no additional fees other than the normal park fees. Camping will be available throughout the park. The two areas that will be the most packed are Old Camp (LSLC's campsite) and Les Bon Temps (TTR's campsite). There are several in between as well as sites with hook-ups on top of the mountain.

This will be a great opportunity to meet new people and get a feel for the park prior to Takeover. It is always a hoot and you will get to see/wheel with some unique vehicles. Post up if you want to attend.

I suspect the 2 hotels (The Gilmer Inn and the Executive Inn) may be full, so check first if you require accommodations.

Hell i might get a wild hair and drive up after the seminar is over and join in for sat night festivities and mabe a little wheeling sun, but thats alot of gas for just that... will see

Chris does BMRA lock its gates at night? If I drive up sat afternoonjust want to make sure I dont get locked out till the next morning

Well you Dallas guys seem to forget that Gilmer is not in our backyards like it is for y'all. For me it is a ~400 mile trip one way. That will amount to more than $150 in gas. Plus 6 hours of driving one way.

Easy.... smilies mean "kidding". We are all sensitive to gas prices and understand. One reason why next years schedule will be very difficult.

Hopefully you'll be up here soon enough...

Oh I wasn't getting worked up over the issue. I should be moving up there around April or so of next year and BMRA will be alot more accessible.
