Default East Coast Gear Supply (ECGS)

So I Get a lot from these guys since they really have it all. Today I called to get replacement o-rings for my drive slugs and dude asked for my address and said he was shipping them out for free! I have never experienced anything like that from any vendor having to do with anything. this is the type of gesture lacking in the world today and its good to know there are shops like ECGS around. Here's to keeping it real.

Props to them for good cust. service!

...although, in the end, it may save them money by not making that a transaction. Some parts aren't worth selling due to the price of them

I have bought several things from Chase at ECGS, and never had any complaints. Great dude and company to deal with. I have sent several folks there way and will continue to do so.

Another satisfied customer here. This is starting to sound like an infomercial, but they have the best prices around, fast shipping, and a great warranty. Also they always pick up the phone, that says a lot in a shop where hands are covered in gear oil, lol.

X2, Chase took care of me. Ordered and the diffs arrived in 3 days. Had questions during the install and he walked me through it on the phone while I was installing. Happy camper

Nobody better. Chase is even nicer in person. They don't just do diffs and gearing either. They do all kinds of custom work. SAS, cages, and more. Nobody would believe it, but this is my 85 way back when Chase had it.

ECGS would be better for me if it was on the west coast (WCGS).
That said ECGS will get my future gearing and diff business.

Great customer service...prompt & professional!

Funny, I was just recommending ECGS in the late Tacoma section. Chase was great to deal with when I was living in Alaska some of the best customer service in the business. Now if he could just get some 5:29's for the new tacos that would be even more awesome.
