Anyone know anyone that does SAS Anymore ? I have a 2012 that needs to be done.....

I want to SAS my 2012 Tacoma, but I am finding most of the places that used to do it are either out of business or just don't do newer Tacoma's.

Can anyone refer me to a good place that can handle this task? I will be located in CA, so someplace Northern or Southern prefer....

I know All-Pro sells a "kit" that isn't officially released that they've installed on the FJ's & a few Tacoma's (BC_Tacoma has it on his truck) that's something you could do more or less over there

Frankly, unless you are made out of money you are SOL with a '12. There have been so many electronic changes over the last 2yrs that I'm not even sure it can be done short of gutting the whole thing. Get with Wyatt as he is THE most knowledgeable one on the subject of swapping the '05+ Tacomas.

Even the '05s had issues that took years to solve and they don't have nearly the crap the the '12s have.
Best-case, you are looking at $20k.

aye they do sell the kit, however they don't do the install.. I want to have it all done in one place at once...

I am going to budget for 30k, I want to have everything done, SAS parts are not that much, its the 40 hours of laber that is going to get me...

and that's at least 40 hours...

and Folks, this isn't my first SAS, this will be my 2nd...

getting all the electronics figured out will be the biggest headache. cutting things off and welding new stuff on is the easy part

You might also consider talking with Matt about this as he's done a few now (still finishing another)...at least the earlier models like '06-07. He's in Norcal.

Ya i though of that, however I live on kauai, we have nothing here, it would be very hard t oget parts if something is needed.. I would never SAS a truck out here, if something broke i would be screwed for parts for at least a week, vs the next day over in Sac

Not too many auto parts stores eh? Yeah I've only been to Maui, so I don't know what you have available there. There are extensive SAS parts lists on here, so there really shouldn't be anything that is too unexpected. Well, maybe since your truck is so new. Put a snorkel on it and drive to one of the other islands that has more parts available
