Default cylinder bore

anyone know how much you can bore the cylinders on a 3.4 L before i'll run into overheating issues?

There isn't much room for overboring. The 3.4L is machined from the 3.0L engine... I think I may have heard something like .050" max, but I'm not totally sure.

Anything after .060'' bore will cost ya big bucks.
