Default MIOR Sliders

My sponsor thing has expired (i think) and I probably wont be renewing it anytime soon. So for those of you who have already contacted me i will still make the sliders up and will also continue to take orders, however I dont have alot of time to be at the shop now. However please support the other vendors on the board and a thank you goes out for the people who purchased items from me.

Primered Sliders (mounts/gussets on these were cut with my plasma cutter)

Here is a pic of the software layout

And a sample cage

Im not limited to just sliders, please contact me with any other request.

Please send any inquires to mior4x4@gmail.com or feel free to call me at 205.238.8427, please leave a message If I do not answer as I do not get very good cell reception at the shop.

Thanks,
Zac Smith

I am having all the laser cut plates that go to the frame cut with four 1/2" holes cut out, so you have the option to weld or bolt on. This will make it cheaper for the bolt on's. I can supply the bolts for an additional charge or you can pick them up.

The difference between HREW and DOM is just the proccess in which it is made, DOM is stronger and is better suited for applications that have to have close tollerences. DOM starts out as pretty much the same thing as HREW but is drawn over mandrel. for the normal weekend warrior the HREW should be fine, it will dent easier but is much more cost effective, since DOM is about 3-4x more per foot. here is some reading material, the different steel types and processes are listed about half way down on the page. http://www.pirate4x4.com/tech/billav...0/index1a.html

no web site yet, my web server at home needs some work done to it and i havent had time to mess with it, the sliders come bare metal, im not sure where a local powder coating company is and how much it would be either.

Just as reference for powder coating, I think I paid $55 to have mine done a year or so ago. Nice looking product Zac.

Looks great, gotta start saving money for these, I like what you guys have said about his product.

What kind of bolts are preferably used in mounting these sliders zac w/ prices/installation?

Drilling involved I assume?

Thanks
