Relocation in Newnan.

Well last weekend Anne and myself decided we were in too much of a rush on buying a house and decided to just get an apartment for the time being, SO....we're moving to The Vinings at Newnan Lakes on April 3rd.

In saying this I am sure we will be having a little house warming gig sometime in the near future. I would like to let it warm up a little so we can cookout and hang by the pool and play some volleyball and all that jazz. We should be moved in pretty quick since I dropped 4g's on furniture from Rooms To Hoe, and they will be doing my moving for me!! ha ha!

I'll keep ya updated.

Well the northside.....I could have got Ed's pop-up camper, with heat and A/C, in the parking lot of he nearest Food Lion, for the price of a deluxe(sp) 2 bedroom apt down here.

Seriously...I have a 1100sqft apt w/fireplace and 2 garden tubs for 750 a month where as you can hardly find a decent 1 bedroom studio for that much on the northside.

I will buy a home up there but I'm not going to waste the money on an apt up there for the time being....know what I mean..

BTW Ed's pop-up IS indeed the shit though!

Thanks agian man, yea the apt's come with W/D's so I am good for now, but I will need yours old ones sometime in the future if you still have them. We should have everything taken care of since they deliver al the goodies but thanks agian for the offer.

Yeah I hear ya on the price thing. Mine is a 3 bed / 2 bath 1467sq ft for...take a guess....$1044 a month. So I understand, now you can spend some more on the SAS/SAC or what ever you want to call it.

Man, I just got a bomb in the mail today. My landlord sold my house out from under me, so my ass has to move, this shit has me down. I will be moving next month too, probably around the 8th.

Rick the one bedrooms in mine go for $650

yeah, i have 1 year and probably around 8 month left in Carrollton to go. So I am looking for a house in this area. Its cheap living, why?
