i would like you to tell me where i can buy an amsoil filter currently...the old medium-style that fit v6 trucks has been discontinued, and the new medium (oil-free) is not applied to our trucks yet...true flow has been working nicely for me. i can hear the air suck more than with my k&n, but that is to be expected from a foam filter.

I emailed this guy "Gadet about the same questions. Here is his response:

AMSOIL is switching from the foam filter material to a new NANO Fiber material. During this switch over filters for the Toyota trucks are not in production yet. Should be in a month or two.

We should have a very nice high quality foam filter on the URD site in the next week or so. You can purchase it there:

I would like to purchase an Amsoil TS-115 air filter, now that I have done the deckplate and elbow mod. How much is it? How do I pay you?

I found this info from the CT website.

i like and trust my true flow filter...i was just trying to point out that, while amsoil might have been a good choice in the past, it is no longer an option.

I cant wait for the new filters to come out from amsoil since reading up on UOAS how bad some of the oil filters are. Ive gone through TRD and currently Amsoil oiled foam and now soon non oiled, whats next.

I wanted to get another Amsoil foam filter back in January. The filter was discontinued, so I called them and asked about the nano filter. They said about 3 months before it would be available. I checked with Amsoil in April and they said 2-3 months. Now from Gadget he says another 1-2 months.

I got tired of the delays and bought a TrueFlow filter. Its a decent design and in some ways better then the Amsoil filter. So far so good with performance. I bought my Trueflow filter from here:
