Wow, yep better start that searching. I've been doing it for months. I've got the info down now, but sometimes a detail still stumps me so I hit the search page.

Well I've got one question that I haven't really found an answer to yet, and it pertains to this topic:

Can the necessary parts for manual hubs (or ADD) be pressed into prerunner spindles, or are they machined differently?

But finding manual spindles that already have ABS isn't easy

you should be able to get the entire assembly for the price of a new hub and the install labor will be minutes rather than hrs with no need for a machineshop press

The axles hub should also be available at autoparts stores....
However- labor & parts can get expensive to press the hubs wheel bearings-
That's why you are better off finding a complete pulled set.

Some people want the piece of mind of installing new bearings and are willing to pay the price

I have the spingle with the hubs and bearings in place, with a ball joint on the top. Assembly only has 60k miles on it.

Also have 2 cv's for sale, needs a inner seal and I had a problem with them vibrating only when in 4hi at high speeds.
