Default Locker 4hi From 4low?

This could be a really bad question, but here it is. Without doing the "grey wire mod", once you engauge the locker in 4-low, can you switch to 4-hi with the locker still engauged? I am not currently around any dirt, and would rather not mark up the station parking lot again.

Thumbs up

You can but it won’t work! The manual says that the locker will disengage if driven over 5mph. So that’s the purpose of the Gray wire mode.
