I always have a hard time sleeping in the sand. I've seen some gnarly bugs crawl out of the sand out at sand mountain before. Creeps me out.

LoL, well i do a lot of camping and hunting in the desert so i am kind of used to it. Back home when we go camping or hunting we wake up really early (before sunrise) and because its so cold at night the scorpions would look for some place warm, guess where it is? Under your sleep bag lol. After the sunrise we fold the sleep bags and count how many we find lol

It's called a Keffiya, and they work pretty good to keep your head from getting nuked in the sun and to keep the sand out of your eyes and mouth during sandstorms. They do come in camo. I think the Saudi's call it a Ghutra though, whatever.

Good information buddy! We call it Ghutra, the Jordanians, Syrians call it Keffiya!

there are plenty of scorpions in glamis. stopped out by the big bowls one time, dug the back tire in and about 200 babies came crawling out of the sand all around me.

Out at sand mountain there are giant beetle things that have a stinger on their asses that's at least an inch long. Creepy as fuck sleeping in the sand with those things!
