CB Mounting Solutions

1995.5 to 2004 Tacomas have very little space to add peripheral electronics. Below you will find many different brands of CB's and information on how they were mounted.

Below are 2 images of the receiver for the Cobra WX 75 ST. It can be mounted under the center console, it also comes with hardware to mount the CB output.

Below is an image of an ashtray-mounted Uniden CB: You can mount the CB flush in the ash tray location by heating the airduct with a heat gun and pressing in the area where th 90* coax elbow will go with the handle of a screwdriver about 1/4 inch in. (about 30 sec with the heat gun and about 20 sec for it to cool)
