Leaf Pack Rebuild
From Faq
Rebuilding your leaf packs is a great option if you are looking for some lift, and do not want to spend a ton of money on replacement leaf packs. The process involves two packs, disassembling them, trimming leafs to fit one pack, and reassembling them as one. Because you can add as many additional leaves as you need, you can end up with many different heights of lift. It is also for this reason, that the mod is unpredictable. The result is, however, a decent leaf pack which will flex great and handle more load.

It is also possible to have a spring shop add one or two stock spec springs into your pack, and have the pack rearched to however much lift you desire. Any good spring should be able to do this.

If you have done this mod, please list how many leafs you added, and the height gained.
2001 Double cab - 2 additional springs + cut down ALL - 4" lift
1999 Access cab 4x4 - Removed overload, add 2 cut & trimmed leafs (each side) from 95-97 (shorter & more arch). Got about 2+ inches.
