The NorCal chapter strives to be one of the most active chapters in all of TTORA. We venture out to the trails at least twice a month during the summer and at least once a month during the winter. We hosted one of the most successful takeovers ever in 2004 and we continue to be huge proponents of the Tread Lightly philosophy.
Staff
- Mike Ross is the current NorCal chapter president. Mike has been an avid four-wheeler and Toyota fanatic since the early 1990's. Mike's personal web site can be found here: http://www.toy4x4.net/
- Bob Van Zant (BigBadBob0) is the current NorCal chapter vice president. Bob is responsible for maintaining the systems that keep this site (and several chapter's sites) alive. Bob has been a member of TTORA since 1999. More info at bob.norcalttora.com.

Rufus the squirrel is the NorCal mascot. He enjoys four-wheeling, camping, and good beer like Sierra Nevada Pale ale. He brings good luck wherever he goes, and prevents lots of breakage and body damage out on the trail.
