ARS 22re performance head?

Howdy- I am a bit of a lurker here. I recently blew a HG and am wondering if anyone has had any expierience with ARS in aurora.

Looking at this ad:
http://denver.craigslist.org/ptd/3254011480.html

Located here:
ARS
2525 Geneva St #6
Aurora 80010

and site is here: http://www.aluminumradiatorsupply.com/

Any info would be helpful. I already decked the head last time, so I am thinking I need to get a new one.

Thanks in advance!

No one has used em? Crap- sometimes i hate being first.

Welp- doesn't matter anyways- All my tools got stolen out of my garage this weekend.

Next topic: Can anyone recommend anyone in Denver to do a HG? Or- recommend a way of changing a headgasket with a adjustable wrench, a lighter and a flathead screwdriver as your only tools?

That sucks to hear about the tools. If you can scrounge up a coat hanger and some duct tape, I think you can do this yourself

I'm outside your window watching you read this.

Hell's bells; if you were closer I'd offer up some tools etc... a little 22RE headgasket doesn't take that long; unless you're doing work to the head? A resurfacing or anything?

And be sure to get the 10mm bolt that lives under the distributor; otherwies you may break the timing cover while prying off the head. Ask me how I know...

I LOVE FELIX!!!!

and I have the stickers to prove it

HA! If I had duct tape and a hanger I would be the happiest man ever.

Thanks for that. New tools (some) on the way. Time to keep them next to the dog.
