Piece of cake if you have the seals and any necessary parts in hand. What do you mean compressed? Lost nitrogen charge or oil?
Bajataco has a good writeup with pics and I can guide you through it as well, it's not difficult.
If the shaft is pitted or scored at all, you need a new one or it'll need rebuilding again the first time it's cycled. Kartek sells parts and they can coordinate through SAW for internals if you need more than seals, they normally only stock seals and oil. If the shafts are damaged you need new rod guides as well as seals, which means new seal carriers as well since the guides press in to the seals. New guts also means new oil, don't bother reusing if the seals are damaged or if the old oil smells like Greeley on a bad day, it's baked or at least full of Viton.
If the shaft is in good shape and you're not losing oil, just take them off and have any moto shop put 200# nitrogen in them and see if that's enough to fix them. You lose the charge over time through the Schraeder valve so if they're sagging that might be the fix.
I found a guy in Arvada, he filled the shocks for free and can rebuild for 85+ parts... Thought that was pretty decent. I'll post his info if anyone is interested.
