Was a great day, even though many of us did not get to touch the trail. Got to do alot of shoveling/strap jockeying.

Also, Poorboy lost a shovel, so make sure nobody accidently grabbed it.

Alex - you were able to make it to the back before getting stuck? Maybe we should have a snow 'wheeling trip at BSR then! At least we could get somewhere!

Lesson learned. Needs to be fresh powder to make a snow run worth it. It only took me 3 years to figure that out... LOL

I had to winch a couple times through some of the deeper snow drifts on the way out to the back gate, but had no trouble bashing the remnants on the way back. Also only aired down to 20 psi cause I forgot my air hoses. There was a bunch of trucks that were leaving FR 217, when we got there at 2ish but it looked liked no one tried to go to the back gate. They may have just played at Iron Clads or turned around after the little hill climb. Dave from All Phase was up there with some other buggies too. But there wasn't as much snow as when I was up there with you, Kevin and Don. Still was great fun, but that little hill climb still gave me a run for the money as you could see in the vid.

Now back to your regularly scheduled program.

Black quad cab TRD, moded inside and out, locked up on 35's, capable of getting there and back.

a few of us made it probably a mile up Rollins. Then there is a drift up on the road where it narrows, and is on the edge. So we just turned around and started back down.
