moab update 2010

soo i got my pics uploaded and thought id share, i know i enjoy em!

i think they explain themselfs

ne questions?

oh and we were rockin the new cottora shirts on golden spike! and when we checked in for a hotel, one of the guys workin thought they looked pretty cool!

just droppin in to moab to say hi!!

mmm new setup doin work!!

rock those new shirts!

had trouble lifting tires on golden crack next time im gonna try a harder line

skyline drive

about what it felt like

finally made it to v notch!

then the next morning it was all over newspaper rock that my lil taco made it through relativley unscathed

so after we checked out the paper we headed over to beef basin and elk mountain

were a lovley view of needles was found! i just wish i had time to get out in it!

stopped off at a bar for a drink... this one was a little run down all they had was warm budweiser and a half opened PBR

down some single track

WTF!?

i swear this rock is trying to flip me off

oh yea gettin flexified!!!

what a rental on porqupine rim!!

awhhh how cute

woot gettin lifted!

ok so its not actually stranahans in the glass... its a glenmorainge

only so few places you can open an 80 dollar bottle of scotch and enjoy a sip. i think this was one of them!

so comming back down getting tippy! nooo not tipsy! thats irresponsible this is just tippy!

later on in the day, i took this pic on kennys climb at the end loop of fins and things... i took this pic specifically at hoizon level so you could get a feel for the climb. i believe the salsa is still closed in this pic

and the veiw of the sunset from camp

much of the scotch was lost here .. some on a steak, some to the neighbors and others to a warm camp fire and telling stories of the day and days gone past! but none was lost to the dirt or air!

next morning we stopped in for some gelato and coffe at the roaster in town and headed back home

yay home!

mmmm telluride and ouray

i must come back down here soon!!

stopped off for a drink at hancock pass. open up wide!!!

uhhh alipine tunnel you may be a road that could support trains but you made me more nervous than porcupine rim!

please dont fall... please dont fall... please dont fall....

oh god its falling!!!

i kid!!

mmmmm glowing orange aspens

i think i see some one!! oh wait no that me... and its opening next summer too!!

pink n dizzy

if only they had tacos back in the 1900s i wonder what today would be like

that the end guys i'll post up more of my freinds

heres a link to my photobucket

I'm not sure how I missed these when you posted them... The lines at newspaper rock seem to go on for days.

Seriously tho... looks like a great time. I really have to find the cash to make it in Nov.. I'm still kicking myself for missing the spring run.

f you guys can deffinitly run that triad poison spider golden spike and gold bar rim it will be a long day and it will push your truck but deffinitly some of the most fun i've had in moab so far!! i think im ready for behind the rocks and pritchett!!! just need some armour front locker and 35s!!! after nate paints his truck im hoping to have a pretty similar setup well arb instead of aussie and a bit longer wheel base but i would liketo shorten it a touch. and hopefully now with access to a paint booth i can get my bed bobbed as well. but debating waiting on fiberglass to do it..

im pretty sure im talking to y self and rambling now... still waiting for good action pics from my freind

patience.....i need some!

I thought PSM was boring, and I hear golden spike is worse. Gold bar rim is the shit though! Great loop with rusty nail.

GBR is everything from about the golden crack to gemini bridges road. Just a ton of fun ledges.

Rusty is a big trail.
