Liberty 6-21-15

Well thank you Brad and Lauren for the trip to Penrose. We ran Liberty. We wanted to exit Indy but that didn't happen. The coil went out on Felix half way thru the trail forcing me to run into town to get an new one. Then the power steering pump and box overheated and well that's going to need to be replaced. My computer is slow so I will post some pics a little later tonight.

I had a blast! I'll work on trying to get pics and videos going tomorrow. I'm still trying to recover from all the heat...and bugs. Thank you guys for going!

Nope, but I didn't bang the bed up that bad, just fender flares.... And I left some green slider paint on Penrose, it was awesome!

More pics. The first pic shows a massive rock that was moved due to all the rain. It was originally over to the right...

You were sweating buckets for sure! And you know you can always sit in our A/C for a while if you need too. It was barely working but at least it would cool off the interior after a while haha

And looking at the old penrose pics...you can see that slab has moved a lot! It used to be flush with that rock on the right. Also, that right rock didn't actually move. The area just got filled up with sediment. It's like a foot higher.

Old pic:

Now:

That must have been some crazy kind of water flowing through there.

Here's some pictures I took. I know dad has more on his phone. Link here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/[email protected]

I think my phone was struggling since it was so hot. Some of them don't look quite focused...or because it was just so darn bright out there haha

That was a god time! Felix did great. Tons of flex and traction.
The heat and the bugs, not so fun.
