short throw shifter

it was an hour of work to pull it all apart but well worth it. i went from having 4 inches between 1st and 2nd to a little under 2.... it will take some getting used to but this is awesome so far. keep in mind if you do this mod that it will raise your shifter up 3/4 of an inch or so. so on a stock truck that might feel a little weird but if you are doing a BL then this makes all the difference in the world!

Been thinking about doing it too, cannot stand the stock throw, you did the spacer mod for about 140.00?

where'd you get it from? If you got the LC kit... was it worth the $250ish that you'd have to spend to get it? Being a college kid means money's tight... so that just doesn't sound like that would be worth the $$$?

this is what i put in... it was kinda a bitch to get the bushing off but aside from that it was cake. i bought mine from a guy that had it in for a week and didn't like it. it will take some getting used to though lol
