Took a trip to Upper Coyote Canyon with TTORA, a moderate to easy trail. A total of 7 rigs with several stock trucks came along. We didn't have very much trouble, just a few adjustments to get the stockers around some of the rocks. We also visited Baileys Cabin and had lunch there. Since you can no long travel through the Willows we had to turn back and return the way we came to the point we started at. We then went to Sawmill in the San Bernardino Forest and took the Sawmill trail to fill out the day. Not much tougher than Upper Coyote Canyon we made the five mile trek to the end fairly quick, we checked out the lone kiln sitting at the top and headed back down. That's when things took a turn, weather started to be a little factor plus there were a couple interesting spots to play on. One rock ledge in particular that had a well placed small boulder became a drop point for a couple of the well set up rigs and wouldn't you know it one of them flopped over.... dang we almost made it. Everyone was OK so we as quickly as possible got it back on all 4.... or should I say 2 and a half, until we could get it back on solid ground. Once done we had a momentary scare that the truck would not start until they realized that the alarm had set and wouldn't allow it to start. The gear was reloaded, checked the fluids fired it up and all was good except for a couple bruised egos.
