I talked to a Quality Engineer at Toyota. I am also a QE that works for a company that supplies parts to the assembly plant. He stated that the springs and shocks come from the same lot for both TRD trucks
Other than the rims and tires I can not find any diffrence, anybody have some other info?

I have a TRD Sport myself, hope this helps, MW

That does help because I originally thought the shocks had different spring rates. The only thing that I can see is the rim sizes are different as you mentioned. But it would be nice to know for sure!!

No the sport comes with the LSD unless you choose the locker I believe.
The locker is the only way to fly.

The suspensions are tuned, well, aligned, differently. Different camber, caster, and toe-in.
I'm looking for more specifics on how the suspension is tuned, I don't think alignement has anything to do with it.
